           EXPECTATIONS FROM THE JOB SEEKING 

                 FRESHER ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

It's been few days ago when i suggested some of my friends about salaries and the ability in them for job i found that it is interesting to write about the job seekness of a fresher engineer especially for my type ELECTRICAL ENGINEER. . . !!!!!!!!

So what do i say about it??? only what i knows...!!!!!

First of all i just introduce you with some of the skills you surely required. . . . .

1. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, precisely understand the question, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting them.
2. Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it as quick as possible..
3. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems with utmost satisfying way.
4. Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs for updating you for the latest technology.
5. Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
6. Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
7.  making good relations with the colleagues.
8. Managing one's own time and the time of others.
   
   

   Now for the technical skills we have. . !!!!!

   • Integrated circuits with solid state devices - A major part of the entertainment and consumer appliance industries, this area focuses on new products like electronic controls for electronic games, home appliances, and navigation systems and latest technology..!
   • Robotics - Robotics engineers might work with artificial intelligence, design robotic arms or manipulate dangerous substances which is the most interesting nowadays.
   • Power systems - This field deals with how power grids are set up and how generators work, as well as how to make energy more efficient for protection point of view also.
   • Communications systems - These systems underlie basic television, radio, and telephone technology, as well as the more complex forms of wireless and laser transmission which is more useful for ec engineers.
   • Computers - As computers come to dominate the engineering field, professionals must learn the ins and outs of digital systems, microprocessors, and all manner of computer hardware design and manufacturing also with latest OS like windows 7 & 8.
